About the course

The brain drives all learning and behaviour. Effective learning and behaviour change, however, requires specific conditions and deliberate actions to be taken. Unlocking this learning potential is a critical skill for all L&D practitioners. This program provides an essential foundation in identifying and leveraging the brain’s role in learning. The strong practical focus builds capability to apply the neuroscience of Adult Learning to create effective learning experiences.  Distilling this neuroscience into five core areas of learning design and delivery, the NeuroEMBEDTM Framework helps you create programs that successfully embed knowledge into memory and behaviours into habits.  This video series takes you through each component of the NeuroEMBED Framework to build your capability in: * Environment – creating ideal learning environments, within the brain and the classroom * Memory – tapping into the brain’s memory processes to build long-term recall * Behaviour – managing behaviours that limit learning * Engagement – increasing motivation, curiosity and drive to learn * Development – enhancing learning transfer and the development of new habits.
